Over the years many talented county musicians donned the familiar bib overalls and straw hats to join The Gang, including:
- Band founders Jack Jones and Graham Fraser
- Morley Frair (deceased)
- Rex Rolston (deceased)
- Ron Bailey
- Lyle Hicks (deceased)
- Morley Sills
- Vic Brant (deceased)
- X.P. Mayhew (deceased)
- and the late Ed Fraser, the Gang's original Parade Wagon Master.
